Ranging from .012 to .053, these light gauge Acoustic 80/20 Bronze Guitar Strings from Elixir are given a POLYWEB coating to provide a warm and played-in tone with a smooth feel, and to extend the string's tone life, all while de-emphasizing finger squeak which occurs when shifting from chord to chord, or sliding from note to note. In addition, the POLYWEB coating protects the entire string by preventing dirt and gunk from getting into the gaps between the string windings.
